The Milistream Hotel & Restaurant is located in the lovely little village of Bosham on the banks of Chichester Harbour. Comprised of an 18th century malthouse and adjoining cottages linked to the Grange (a small English manor house), the Millstream offers adorable rooms. Accented by chintz fabrics and pastel decor, the rooms have cane and pine furnishings whose light color projects a pleasant warmth. The marble bathrooms are simply luxurious. Though the climate is mild, summer guests should request a room with air-conditioning to guard against the rare hot night.
The candlelit restaurant concentrates on using fresh, local ingredients to create simple yet tasteful dishes. Some of the fresh herbs used come from the garden situated by the stream that runs in front of the hotel. The restaurant, popular with locals as well as hotel guests, allows you to experience the true charm of Bosham and its inhabitants.
